It is our goal to realize an American Kitchen completely according to your wishes, together with you. We are happy to provide expert and creative advice when drawing up and designing your American Kitchen.
Thanks to our extensive stock and knowledge, it is possible for us to realize any set-up.
Without any obligations, we create a design for your kitchen with a matching quote . After approval, we make a plan and get started with the kitchen.
The cabinet parts are stripped, blasted and powder coated in a color of your choice.
Stripping & Blasting
Thermal paint stripping. Products are placed in a special oven cart. The oven cart with products is driven into a hermetically sealed oven and the oven is slowly brought to a temperature of +/- 400 degrees Celsius. The oven temperature is fully under control during the process, as the oven is equipped with a special cooling/extinguishing system. Because no oxygen can get to it, the powder/paint does not burn.
Blasting is essential for the build-up and durability of the coating system. Blasting is an action in which grit grains are blown against products with the help of compressed air.
Mill scale, corrosion and paint residues from metals are removed deep into the pores. Blasting provides the material with the correct anchor profile in order to achieve good adhesion of the coating.
Powdercoating
Powder coating is an electrostatic painting process. The main difference between conventional liquid paint and powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler in a liquid suspension. Negatively charged powder is sprayed onto a positively charged product using compressed air.
Due to the electrostatic principle, the powder temporarily sticks to the sprayed object, after which it is heated in an oven. This gives the coating the opportunity to flow out, after which it hardens.
It is usually used to create a finish that is harder than regular paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating metals, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel (stainless steel) and galvanized steel. Beforehand, the products are first thoroughly cleaned by means of a vacuum cleaner. chemical or mechanical pre-treatment.
Installation
The installation of an American Kitchen requires the necessary know-how because of the many different sizes of parts and the combination of old and newly made parts. However, our installers have extensive experience and guarantee the best quality.
